Hi everyone! I found this while I was going through some articles and posts I saved from other sites. Enjoy! :D

Double-Delicious-Chocolate-Chip-Cookie Recipe" by Jonathan's mom, Mary.

1. Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Cream one cup shortening, 1/2 cup brown sugar and one teaspoon vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
3. Fold in two well-beaten eggs and mix with a wooden spoon.
4. Sift together 2 1/4 cups sifted all-purpose flour, one teaspoon baking soda and one teaspoon salt.
5. Add sifted dry ingredients to shortening, sugar and eggs.
6. Stir in one cup chopped nuts and three cups Nestle's semi-sweet chocolate chips, then mix thoroughly.
7. Drop by small spoonfuls onto baking sheet.
8. Bake about 10 minutes.
9. Try your best to refrain from devouring all eight dozen cookies.

So then, there should be another step in between #6 and #7.

x_x :ymsigh: :-\ Thanks for posting this:) I tempted to make this today with all its converterted measurements. But i got the baking wrong i think:( It was a joy to challenge myself with a nice outcome the tasty cookies:( but instead i disappointed myself. Oh well the pancakes i made werent too bad and my rats liked them:) burnt :)
